We build ready to race cars
We use professional 3D scanning to capture precise geometry of chassis, bodywork, and components, enabling accurate part design and fitment without guesswork. From scan to prototype, we turn ideas into physical parts fast.
→AST Roll cages, subframe modifications, engine mounts, custom brackets - we fabricate and weld chassis structures built to withstand real abuse. Every build is approached with safety and performance in mind, from street use to full competition spec.
→Every engine we build is measured, blueprinted, and assembled to tight tolerances - no assumptions, no shortcuts. We work across naturally aspirated, turbocharged, and supercharged platforms, from street rebuilds to full competition units. Block prep, head work, rotating assembly balancing, component matching - all done in-house with the precision that separates a reliable engine from an expensive one. Built right the first time, documented every step of the way.
→We specialize in standalone ECU installation and calibration across a wide range of platforms. Whatever brand you use, we map your engine to extract maximum performance while keeping it reliable under load. We have our 2WD dyno wich allow us to tune you car for maximum performance
→If it doesn't exist, we build it. Exhausts, intakes, intercooler piping, cooling systems, custom bracketry. Designed around your specific application and fabricated in-house to a finish that's as clean as it is functional. No off-the-shelf compromises.
→Race day is where preparation meets execution. We attend events with the tools, parts, and expertise to keep you running at your best. We handle setup adjustments, data review, mechanical issues, and everything in between. When the clock is ticking, we move fast and get it right.
→Installing an standalone ecu? Cleaning the wiring from your car? A clean, reliable harness is the nervous system of any serious build. We design and build custom wiring looms from scratch. Properly sleeved, labelled, and routed for serviceability. Every connector, relay, and ground point is chosen and placed with purpose.

Built by Mika Motorsport was born from an obsession with engineering and drifting. With our own dynamometer, complete CAD software, TIG welding, and parts development, we are one of the few places in Portugal where the entire build cycle happens in one place.
We don't do generic preparations. Each project is treated as a professional team effort — with technical rigor, documentation, and dedication to results.
